I need a parser to transform data into associated (adjacency) matrix of graph.
Input to parser is a text file.

I need to generate associated matrix from this data and save it in text file.

my application should do following things:
1. Read the data about interaction network / graph from the text file.
2. Find total no. of nodes and edges in graph.
3. Provide an option to the user to display the contents of the file (with horizontal and vertical scrolling, required for large files).

sorry i dont have replies to your question but since i m new to this forum i couldnt find any option to post my problem so i thought of starting from here.have you worked on vhdl code for generating automatic test patterns?if yes plz reply...
