Actually looking at the web site it looks to be in very good condition.
You should apply for membership. I mean a millionaire, King of all
media, master film maker should have absoloutly no problem being
accepted into such a club - unless of course you are talking bullshit -
again.

Members of the Forest Hills Tennis Club complained of a persistent bad
smell around the courts. Committee members traced it to a 50 year old
New York resident who was trying to climb over the wall. The man was
forcibly ejected from the grounds and the police were called. A
spokesman for the club said "He was obviously high on drugs as he kept
repeating he had films of the courts and his father was a weirdo peanut"
