Asus seems to have this on-again, off-again attitude to the ARM-based
"smartbook" concept. Right now it's back on again <http://www.pcpro.co.uk/news/352972/asus-to-launch-smartbook-in-2010>. No actual details on specs, but that can't be much over half what I paid for my Eee 701 two years ago. Lawrence D'Oliveiro |
