Hi.
I've been having some issues lately with my PC. Whenever I run a game (such as Bioshock or Rome: Total War) the PC suddenly crashes and resets itself. At first I thought the system may be overheating so I installed a huge fan at the side of the case for an extra boost of air... didn't help really. What could be the case? I tried monitoring the heat of my components with SpeedFan and found nothing abnormal. My specs are Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Duo CPU E8400 @ 3.00GHz (2 CPUs), ~3.0GHz 4GB of RAM ASUS P4P800SE ATi Radeon 4870, 1GB Windows XP, SP2 My case also has a 600W power supply unit at the top, 1 fan at the back of the case (blowing air out), 1 HUGE fan at the side of the case (air in), and 1 front fan blowing air in. nobir |
