Lost MCSE 2000 certificate

Hi everybody,

I done my MCSE 2000 certificate in Nov 2003. But somehow i missed my welcome kit and certificate. Please can anybody help me what can be done at this situation. I am badly required to submit that certificate in my new assignment. I will be more grateful if somebody can help me to come out of this bad

situation.
