Hi,
I am facing the BSOD (Page Fault to NonPaged Area) problem, but this problem appears only when I try to run IE. My OS is XPSP3 (NTFS). The error message is: STOP: 0x00000050 [0xffffffb0, 0x00000000, 0x8054b51a, 0x00000000] Microsoft documentation says this error comes due to hardware issues (bad memory, hard disk, ntfs, etc), wrong software, anti-virus conflict, etc. But in my case, these issues don't come in the way when I run any application, other than IE. My IE was 7.0. I uninstalled it to drop down to 6.0. Still the problem persists. I tried to install 8.0, but the BSOD cropped up during its installation process itself. Any clues why this might be happening? Thank you for your time and guidance... san1965 |
