Now here's something I can agree with

Australia is considering the adopting of a code that would oblige ISPs
to contact, and in extreme cases perhaps even disconnect, customers with
malware-infested computers.

Practical? Dangers of "mission creep" (as mentioned in the article)?

Looks like there'll be an RFC on this, covering identification and cleanup
recommendations but not penalties
