Some hints here <http://blogs.zdnet.com/computers/?p=908>:

HP Mini 311 base model with Windows XP, USD400. With Seven Premium, USD475.

HP Mini 110 with XP, USD330. With Seven Starter Edition, USD399.

You'd think Starter would be cheaper than that...
