This is getting to look like perfect block busting movie material.
According to his report, Dr. Murray has about 4 hours of unaccounted
time between the actual death and when MJ was delcared dead at the
hospital.

Chances are the good meaning doctor probably won't see a day in jail.
But the AMA will probably cancel his ticket.

Which means his life is screwed and he might as well be in jail - can't
practice medicine anymore.
