Key Board Problems in Word

I have a very frustrating problem with my key board which only occurs in word or out look. Any time I use the ? key I get a e with accent above it. This also occurs with the ' key. I also get a few other random for example ] becomes ç. The interent or excell isn't affected just word.

I've reset the language and the reset the key board settings in word to factory settings but nothing works.

Did you try the language bar, windows has the ability to set different key board for different software and it can remember witch one. You probably have many keyboard setting installed. Right click the task bar go to Tool bar and make the language bar visible. Then Click the icon whit a pointing down arrow and chose setting. There under Keyboard, u will see all the keyboard layout your computer use. Remove those you don't use.

An other way to change that is to load a program. Then go in the language bar and change the keyboard layout. This will affect that open program every time it load.
