'Feed Headlines' gadget stuck 'Loading' in Windows 7 RC x64

After a system failure on Windows 7 RC x64, I have a problem with the 'Feed
Headlines' gadget on my desktop. It starts up, but never gets past the
'Loading' stage.

Is there a way to delete the settings for this gadget or something, to
return it to its initial state? Logging off and rebooting do not fix the
problem.
