Ive seen 17 days for xtra...quite how they managed that is a
mystery....but excessive times were not uncommon....

Do remember that there is no guaranteed time for delivery for an
email....send a fax....as I tell ppl who complain to me..."it was sent
and took 4/15/30 [insert minutes of your choice] mins to arrive and it
was urgent"....

There's no guaranteed time for delivery for those, either. I've seen fax
machines keep retrying after hitting errors sending a page. That is assuming
they can get through to the number.
