Default Overloading "*" operator to use my entity in VHDL

Hi Guys,
I have an inbuilt floating point component written in VHDL from xilinx, I want to use this component for floating point multiplication.

I do not want to instantiate the component and do port mapping, rather I would like to overload the "*" operator to do floating point multipliction using the one from xilinx, and use
"*" directly to multiply two floating point numbers.

Does any one have idea how to do this in VHDL?

I referred some books, I couldn't find a solution.
