You have no cache L1 or L2 to speak of, That's why you never hear a
good thing about a Celeron CPU.

You need to increase your L2 Cache, a function of the CPU.
My processor P4 (HT) has
12K L1 Trace Cache
16K L1 Data Cache - you 8Kb
1MB L2 Cache - you 126kb
