I have a Cisco 1811 that I am trying to get console access to, but I am unable to access ROMMON or the IOS. Upon bootup it gives me the following text:

At this point, the router freezes. I attempted to access ROMMON using the Ctrl+Break key combination. I have also attempted to use the 1200 baud rate connection using HyperTerminal and repeatedly pressing the space bar, but that doesn't get a response either. I have tried using both SecureCRT and HyperTerminal. The router has a 64 MB Flash card in it and when I remove that I get the following message:

All assistance is appreciated.
Thanks,
