Default print server and firewall conflict

I have XP Home on my laptop and use a Netgrea wireless print server with an
Epson Printer. It is a one way connection (printer can't talk back). Since
I install the security package from my DSL ISP, I can't print aything unless
I disable the firewall and connect via USB. My firewall is Besafe online.
Any suggestions.
