Passing rendered element names to a java script function

I have a template column, in a datagrid control, consists
of server text box control followed by HTML button
control .
Once the datagrid is loaded in a page with number of text
box controls and buttons, I should be able to populate the
name of the text box, which is adjacent to the button
control, on onClick event of the button.

Please post the message as soon as possible, if you have
answer with you.
Thanks in advance
