Java application using google calendar

Hi all

I am trying to build an application in java using google calendar API.
the calendar will have the events with a file name, and the program must read those events and open that file automatically at the right date and time.
The problem here is that i dont know how to read the events from the calendar and how to do the search part on my disk.

Can you help me?

I am new to this kind of applications and i really want your help on this
