How to stop an outgoing call in J2ME ?

Hi all,
I saw some posts, but its not clear that how to stop a call made by the user and then make call using platformRequest().
My question is "How to stop an outgoing calls?"
Is there any APIs available? or any other way of doing this...? Please help....
