Security Cameras

If I go to Fry's Electronics I can buy Security Cameras for about $200 and
then set them up and connect them to my computer but if I do no matter how
perfect I do it, it won't hold up in court for a dozen reasons. Now if I get
a company to do it that's going to be a minimum of a thousand dollars which
will hold up in court so I'm looking to go out and buy the equipment and
have someone who is certified in putting them up and so far I haven't found
anyone. I live in the Phoenix area where 4 million people live so you might
think I could find someone. Can anyone point me in the right direction so I
can save a thousand dollars.
