tcp ip dos boot floppy enough to see ntfs disk?

Need to acess win2k's pc NTFS hdd without booting into os,
from an XP pc so where can one find tcpip boot fdd (with set
permissions for guest?) and does it have to have some ntfs driver as
well or tcpip is enough to acess it from the XP pc attached with
crossover cable to w2k pc?

Data recovery company.
Put the disk in another PC and image it / back it up.

You still haven't said what you are trying to really do. Why you can't
boot the OS and let Win handle the user account / data access /
networking.

boot the OS and let Win handle the user account / data access /
networking.

Nor why the UBCD / Novell DOS boot won't work.

No, there are bits of lines all over the place, it doesn't make sense as
a drawing.
