When I power up my 3640a all I get are garbled message. Strange characters as well as numbers and letters. Nothing understandable. Does anyone have any ideas or suggestions. Thanks.

Found the answer by reading similar post. Cisco advises that when you download image via Xmodem, you should change speed to 115200. Evidently when I (intended) to change back to 9600 I hit 56000 by accident. The problem has been resoloved. Thanks.
