I cant access the MCP site

I was up to this page
and I couldnt go any further...
since I dont know my access code
where should I get it
though I pressed the reset access code
the page returned some internal error from microsoft.
I just passed an exam for MCITP and MCTS
where shuold I Go
?
to the MCP member page as well ?
so all exam we'll just go to the MCP website again ?
and check the results there?
where can I get my access code from?
