Hello friends!

I have certain questions regarding MCTS 70-445. I have been working in MS
SQL Server 2005 BIDS since last 7 months using IS, RS, AS. I have now planned
to go for this MS certification(exam 70-445) to increase my confidence
regarding the technology, as well as to increase my market value.

My questions are:
1. What are the benifits that one can get form this Certification(as
compared to non -certified BI professionals)?
2. What is the global market scenario(reagrding MS SQL Server 2005) as SQL
Server 2008 is to be launched this month?
3. What method should one take to approach this exam?

Is there anybody out there to advice me reagrding these? I would be glad as
this is the first time I am going for any MS certifications.
