I have been asked to be certified in MS Project Server. What is the best
training guide (book, CBT, etc) and the best prep test to prepare for the
actual test? Any and all help is appreciated.

I'm studying for this exam as well.
This test is new, so books are limited.
I am assuming that we need to be knowledgeable on the following:
