Regarding MSTS SharePoint 2007 and WSS 3.0 Application Development

Hi,
I am new to certification. I want some guidelines to pass the below
mentioned exams. I also want to know how much dedicated time per day would be
required to pass these exams. In how many days I can complete these exams if
I start seriously?

I am planning to take:
1) Exam 70-542 : TS: Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007, Application
Development
2) Exam 70-541: TS: Microsoft Windows SharePoint Services 3.0 – Application
Development

I have a total of 4 years of MS technologies experience and 1.6 years of
relavant SharePoint experience.

Yes, I am from Bangalore. But, for a project purpose, I have been relocated
to Pune. I will be back in Bangalore by the end of January.

I am trying to get syllabus and related information on the exams. I'll let
