I have taken 70-536, 70-528 and 70-529 exams so now can i take 70-549
directly without taking 70-526 ?

Yes, you can take any exam in any order. This is not like college where you
have to take prerequisite classes prior to taking another class.
Of course, taking 549 without taking 526 will not result in anything
certification-wise. You will not receive your MCPD:EAD until you pass both
526 and 549.
One option would be to take the 547 exam, which would make you a MCPD:Web
Developer.
