BPSK demodulator

Hi to everyone,
I am designing BPSK demodulator , in that in carrier recovery block i am having sine to square wave converter (zero crossing detector) , i don't know how to do this, if some one have reference code for BPSK demodulator eithere in VHDL or Verilog , could u give me .
