modal popup and IE6

Hi all
Have a known problem with IE6 and the ajax modalpopup extender.
Essentially when the user clicks on a link which brings up the modal popup
it displays on the bottom right of screen and the scrollbars go on to
infinity!

I’ve looked at the web as its a known issue but cannot find a satisfactory
answer to this bug.
I'm using ajax build 3.0.20820 (latest)
Popup works fine in IE7, Firefox, Safari etc.
Can anyone provide a workaround for this?
