I have a wireless pci card attached to xp home edition. I have a good
connection to the wireless router. The computer says that the signal is
excellent. The upload/downloard time is almost as slow as dialup on some
sites and on some it is relatively fast. Especially if I am trying to
download a file that is relatively large. It times out well before the
download starts. My laptop running XP Pro. sits right next to my wireless
PCI Card antenna and it works like a champ on the internet. What might be
causing this problem>
