How does one know whether or not one is downloading illegal material via a
torrent? Yes, there are hundreds of legal torrents, some of them films. Even
the President (elect) of the U S of A has released a few short film
torrents. No doubt the new President will do also.

It is not like one told that it is illegal now is it? How the heck can the
law obeying person stay within the law?

Spend 456 hours researching if it is illegal? I mean is there a illegal
torrent site one can look up?

Sorry, if I am abit late making a submission to the bill
