Blank Screen,

Can someone please help me with this problem with my Dell Optiplex Gx260:

- Power light on screen reacts to when the PC is turned on, however it
remains blank
- I have changed the battery on the Motherboard, tried the Video Card
(Expansion Slot) and the Onboard Video Card
- Tried different Monitor, with the same effects

Note: When the PC is on, and appears to be in Windows and the screen saver
comes on, the LED light on the monitor turns amber, but once mouse it
moved, the LED turns green
