Hello, I recently just installed a Cisco 2611 into a clients office. The whole office has about 40 computers or so with a SBS2003 box. About 37 of the computers can reach out to the internet and function normally, however; 3 computers seem to be having problems talking out to the internet. If I try to ping google for example, the computer resolves the host but pings are unsuccessful. All firewalls are disabled and the computers can ping inside the network as well as ping the outside interface.

I can provide a config upon request and any help would be appreciated, my head is starting to hurt

Did you try accessing the site and checking the NAT translation table on the said router?
Can you give configurations and also output of NAT related show commands
