OK, seriously...

1) What make/model computer

2) Does it always happen, no matter what program?

3) Did you try booting to Safe mode?

4) Did you do a Google search of the EXACT error message? Did you look in
the Microsoft Knowledge Base for the same? What is the exact error message?

5) Did you scan for viruses/spyware?

6) Was the computer ever working properly, and this is a sudden event, or is
the computer new to you?

7) Is your data backed up? I would...

Hope this is helpful...
