Could be a corrupt profile or like you said the suite itself might be
corrupted. Try running filemon by sysinternals when you go to print to
see what it's doing during the 2 minutes. Then, try logging on as a
different user to see if you get a different result. If you do it's
profile related and deleting/recreating the profile should fix the
problem.
