Default duplicate files

I'm running a check on duplicate files and noticing that several enteries
are coming up the from the same directories:

c:\winnt\system32\drivers
c:\winnt\ServicePackFiles\i386

Are these duplicate files in the ServicePackFiles folder okay to delete?
When I've installed microsoft service packs, has it created folders with
duplicate files that I can delete? I certainly don't want to delete any of
these before I know for certain that they will not crash my system. I'm
just checking right now to see how many and where. Any information is
appreciated. Thanks.
