Default removing device driver

Lifeview Fly video 2000 tv tuner card.is a discontinued model. I installed a
driver from a newer model... well it doesn't work.

I would remove the device from device manager hoping the newly indtalled
driver would go with it... it didn't!!!

So everytime I boot the machine it detects the tv tuner card in automaticly
installs the driver that doesn't work.

Were can I find the driver and delete it?

Using:
Windows 98

Pysically remove the tv board from the pc. Remove the driver, Install
the correct driver. Then reinstall the board.
