Here's my best guess;

OP's not the only one who uses the machine.

The other accounts are password protected.

His or her account does not have administrator rights for obvious reasons.

In 'detap-speak', Hard drive = "Operating System" and "some file" = SFC
which he's trying to run from his (non-admin) account.

XP is asking him to reboot and log on as an administrator in order to access
"some file", but since he can't logon to any of the administrator accounts,
and does not know how to make one 'appear' when he reboots, he's stuck in a
loop.

Curiosity got the best of me as to why those 500 lines didn't show up
for me. Google Groups shows it's a post with about a dozen GIF files
attached, and my news service rejects binaries.

It looks maybe like the output of Belarc Advisor? (been awhile since
I've had an operating system which could run that). No help in solving
the "problem," though. <lol!>

Didn't even notice the GIF's....

"

"

And then a few hundred lines of crap.

OMG Don't get me started... Let me highlight some of the Best Of detap
speak...
I reformatted my system and very was good until today.

thaks fro tha enlich leson now I sound jus lik all ov you pricks

My question have to much memory

I am running XP profesioal

I re formatted my PC and now when I try to download
java from sun java I get this error message ((error 1606 can not
access
network location Htt://javadl.sun.com

can some one tell me why when connected to my server sometimes I stop
receiving Bytes and I can't get to any web site an error tell me that
the
server has stopped sending but if I wait long enough it will start
receiving
bytes again

I got every thing but a way to fox my problem thanks any way guys

Wait.. That's every one of his / her posts... Wow.

Now keep in mind his / her / it's MO is to post a vague question,
leaving out important details, and when people ask for details, he/she
ignores them or answers the question with some other answer (ie
Question: "What kind of car do you have?" Answer: "Baloon."), and then
a day or so later, repost the exact same question. Sometimes 3 or 4
times.

Hmm.. Sounds like Andy Petro.
