I want to know how to make Shift F7 always go to View Source, how do I do
that? I see the option for View.ViewDesign to set a keyboard shortcut, but
no View.ViewSource.

By default, the F7 shows the source code and Shift+F7 shows the designers.
Did you mean to have the same shortcut key to always toggle between the
design view and the code?

If not, which kind of operation did you have in mind with Shift+F7?

Thanks!
