Admn Permissions Acess Denied

I have two Xp pro computers, in a Domain environment, located in the
Advertising department.

The problem is with Agee’s Xp computer. Up until two days ago there
was no problems with her computer. Nothing was altered, changed. Now
Agee is unable to access her D: folder with Program Files and everyday
working materials, example Outlook Express. She gets "Access Denied".
I can't figure this out. She was able to fully access the folders and
files on her computer; and now she gets access denied?

Aaron, after logging into the network at his computer, can access via
mapping, Agee’s shared D: folder. Agee is unable to access her local D
folder.

Here is what I’ve done to this point. I logged in using my domain
admin account. There were no issues accessing the D folder, printing,
and so forth. I , the administrator, can do this. Agee should be able
to do this because she has admin rights.

I elected to give her domain administrator rights. Even though logged
on as Agee (administrator) that didn’t correct the problem.

I’ll state her account settings; and state the steps I’ve attempted to
correct ‘access denied’. When I log in as domain administrator the
files in d:\Program Files can be accessed. When I log on as Agee the
files d:\Program Files are inaccessible. No drop down ability, no
access permitted.

I logged in as Domain administrator. Inspecting the Properties of D
Drive Agee has: Agee\Administrators (Allow on all Permissions) ; and
Agee\Users (Allow on all Permissions). Agee, User Accounts ,
Administrator.

I logged on local, inspected the Permissions, and Agee is with
Administrative credentials.

Here are the additional steps I’ve taken in an attempt to correct this
situation.

I ran secpol.msc ; drilled down to Security Options; Network Access ;
Sharing and changed from Guest to Classic.

I need to return to the exact event. Agee stated that she was unable
to open Photoshop (Access Denied) Photoshop is located in d:\Program
Files\Adobe. That’s when I noticed she lost her ‘permissions’ to
access D Folder. (The drive, NTFS, is partitioned, C. D. E.)
Knowing that she was working without ‘permission problems and access
denied issues’ I elected to do a system restore. That did not correct
the problem.

I followed steps to take ownership. Folder> Properties > Security >
Advanced > Owner. This procedure did not fix the problem.

I ran a virus scan. Clean.

Agee can log into the domain, as Agee ; and has administrative
permissions ; and Agee can log in local ‘this computer’ and has
administrative account privileges but - is unable to access the D
folder. Access Denied. I can log in as domain administrator, and log
in local ‘ this computer’ as ‘Administrator’ have full administrative
permissions ; and we exactly match with admin credentials. Let me know
where I’ve erred ; and let me know if there is a solution.
