i have completed all tests for the mcsa but have not
received the card...i have the mcp card but i cant find
anywhere that give me an email for who to contact in this
case any help?

On the back on my card, it says 'customer support email:
http://www.velocityreviews.com/forums/(E-Mail Removed)'

In order to receive your welcome, you must login to the mcp secure
site--verify your shipping address. Then your welcome kit will be delivered
in 6-8 weeks. You should have received an email containing these
instructions.
