i also have written another two exams in prometric testing
center.
so i got two mcp ids
i want to merge these ids as soon as possible.

i had the similar exact similar problem you had,
i live in germany, south germany..
so i tried in the company to solve the prob,
but was not able to.
then sb told me to call microsoft learning and
testing support for south germany hotline
and the woman there was able to merge the two databases.
prob was that i did first prometric and then vue testing, and the guys at
vue did not see my prometric tests in their database and told me i have to
redo the tests on their side!!!! that was totally wrong, one merge by
microsoft and that was the key!

call microsoft helpline urgent!
and keep me up to date!
i am now mcsa!
