If I have completed my MCSA2000 by passing:
70-210, 70-215, 70-218, A+, & Network+

I suppose I could look at completing my MCSE2000, and then
upgrading to MCSE2003 by taking:
70-216, 70-217, 1 2000 Design Exam, 1 Additional 2000
Elective, and then taking 70-292 and 70-296.

This would be 6 additional exams.

However, it appears to me that better route, assuming I do
not want to get the MCSE2000, would be to write:
70-292 to get the MCSA2003
70-293, 70-294, and 1 2003 Design Exam.

Wow only 4 Exams to get MCSA2003 and MCSE2003

is it true that in someplaces around the world people saying "I WANT TO
WRITE AN EXAM" must be understood as "I WANT TO TAKE AN EXAM"?

Why are you telling us this?
Are we supposed to have any interest in what you are going
to do and what exams you will take?
What is it exactly you want us to say? "Oh good one. You
are a smart cookie aren't you? Please come work in our IT
dept!"
Who cares what colour socks you wear on Sundays?

Just make sure you put it back where it belongs when you're done with it.
