70-210/215 extra readings?

i was wondering on the microsoft traincert site where it
gives you an outline of what topics are covered by course
and what is not,with the topics which require additional
reading are they on the student material cds? or do i have
to research these topics myself? if so does anyone know
where i can find good resources to these uncovered topics?
