I want to read the newsgroup "alt.certification.mcse" in Outlook Express but
none of the NNTP servers I try work. Any suggestions?

That's a Usenet group managed by Google. They won't allow you to do that.
You have to use your web browser.

myself, but I don't see any ALT groups there.

to the original poster try "freenews.netfront.net". Its free but I don't
think you can post. Well you certainly couldn't the last time I used them.
