Hey to the one with the answer

I am trying to find the "MAKE TOOLBAR AVAILABLE TO" drop down list. I have
spent the last four hours going through every single menu option in OUTLOOK,
and nothing.
The book tells you to use this to make a custom toolbar available. I can not
find a diagram of the menu structure anywhere.

Maybe you can't find it in Outlook because it's not there, it's in Word.
See page 7-5 of the Microsoft book for 70-272.
