Windows 2000 or MS Office XP

I have a machine that is loaded with 2000 however when I
goto install Office of any type the installation freezes
and locks the machine sometime. Can anyone help me?

Hi Tysmile,
it sounds like a hardware problem.....i.e. your computer does not have the
right requirements such as memory or space.
By the way, make sure you have all programs closed when you install any
Office application and follow the instructions carefully.
