MCDST certification stand for Microsoft Certified Desktop Technician. This
is a Microsoft Certified Professional designation. This credential can be
earn by passing two exams.

Sorry to be one for detail, MCDST certification stands for Microsoft
Certified Desktop Support Technician. and i would agree with richards view
below.
