I plan to upgrade from a mcad to an mcpd. I took the vb mcad tests.
I would like to take the c# mcpd upgrade tests.

So is this allowed?? Can I change languages?

Yes, the exam requirements are independent of the language you took them
in... for all MSFT cares, if you needed 4 exams, you could take 3 C# & 1 VB.
