I have a few years commerical experience in IT and I would like to go for the
MCAD. From what I can gather I have to sit three exams

70-536

70-526

and the 70-536.

How long would it normally take to pass the exams ? Are they hard ?

You're mistaken. 70-536 / 526 are new exams and do not give you credit
towards MCAD. See
<http://www.microsoft.com/learning/mcp/mcad/requirements.asp> for the
complete list of exams you can give.

Plus, you don't have to give the 70-536 two times in any case.

sorry i meant the last exam should be 70-548

Im a bit confused. I thought you needed to pass those two first exams
(Technology Specialist: .NET Framework 2.0 Windows Applications ) before you
could go on to be a Professional Developer: Windows Developer. Then after
that you could sit some other exam to be a Microsoft Certified Application
Developer (MCAD).

Is this correct ? If so long long will the process take ?
